Refund policy

Not happy with your Furly brush? Message us on WhatsApp at 5799 9160 within 30 days of delivery. We arrange the return of the brush with you. Once we have the product back, complete and in its packaging, we refund the full amount you paid, by the same method you used (MCB Juice, PayPal or card), or we send a replacement if you prefer.

Faulty brush: if the button, the plate or the pins stop working within 30 days of delivery, send us a photo or a short video on WhatsApp. We replace the brush or refund it, and we may ask you to return the faulty one.

Refunds by Juice or bank transfer are made within 5 business days of the return reaching us. PayPal and card refunds appear on your statement within your provider's usual delay.

Orders can be cancelled for a full refund at any time before they ship. Message us on WhatsApp with your order number
