Terms of service

Furly sells pet grooming brushes online to customers in Mauritius. Prices are in Mauritian rupees and include VAT. Delivery is free.

Orders are confirmed by email and on WhatsApp. Payment is by PayPal, card or MCB Juice. For Juice, the order is reserved for 5 days; if the transfer has not reached us by then the order is cancelled.

Delivery takes 15 to 30 business days. Returns and refunds follow our Refund policy. Our liability is limited to the price paid for the product.

The brush is a grooming tool for dogs, cats and rabbits. It is not a medical device and makes no health claim. Keep it away from children.

These terms are governed by the laws of Mauritius.
