Before you ask
The questions we actually get.
Both. It is sized for everyday trims on cats and dogs. On a big dog with very thick nails, take the tip in two small bites instead of one.
Cut only the tip, in front of the pink part inside the nail. That pink part is the quick. On dark nails you can't see it, so take tiny slices and stop as soon as you see a darker dot in the middle of the cut. If you're unsure, ask your vet or groomer to show you once.
Keep it short: one or two claws, a treat, then stop. The small notch and the single press make each claw quick, which is what most cats need. No tool calms a frightened cat overnight, so go slowly over a few days.
No, it's the clipper only. Any ordinary nail file smooths the edge if you want it.
Green, grey or pink. The blades, arms and spring are the same on all three; only the soft grip changes colour. Buying two or three? You can mix colours: add each colour to the cart and the pack price still applies.
